READ 20 PAGES OF THE BOOK YOU ARE CURRENTLY READING EVERYDAY

Building new habit isn’t easy, and even with old habits, we sometimes fall short.

This week, we set out to read 20 pages of a book on daily basis. How are you doing with that?

If you could not meet up that target each day, understand one thing: forming a new habit takes time and deliberate effort. It requires that when you revert to old habits which are undesirable, you do not give up.
Understand that your brain is still adjusting to the fact that you must read daily.

Don’t let failure to meet set goals discourage you. Set your mind on the goal. We still have some hours left in the week.
Reading 20 pages a day is the goal.
